Order Cutoff Time & Processing Time

Order Cutoff Time & Processing Timeline:To ensure the fastest possible processing and dispatch, we observe a daily order cutoff time of 12:00 AM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed before 12:00 AM: Will be processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 AM: Will be processed and dispatched the following business day. Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after the cutoff time on Friday, or anytime during Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday). All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.

3.1 How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Shipping address must be within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • We offer free standard shipping on all US orders with a subtotal of $75.00 USD or more after all discounts and coupon codes have been applied, before taxes and fees.

Example: If your cart subtotal is $80 and you use a $10 discount code, your subtotal becomes $70 — you would NOT qualify for free shipping. Your subtotal must be $75+ AFTER all discounts.

Order Tracking

4.1 Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Estimated Delivery Date: Provided by the carrier (subject to change)

  • Business addresses are accepted
  • Include business name, contact person, and phone number
  • Notify reception/mail room about expected delivery
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Please double-check all information before completing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. However, we want to help resolve the situation.

If Tracking Shows "Delivered" but You Haven't Received It:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations (front door, back door, porch, mailbox, garage)
  2. Check with neighbours in case it was delivered to the wrong address
