30-Day Return Window

Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

How the 30-Day Window Works

  • Start Date: The 30-day period begins on the delivery date shown in your tracking information
  • End Date: Returns must be initiated (not delivered back to us) within 30 days of receipt
  • Weekends and Holidays: All calendar days count, including weekends and holidays
  • Late Returns: Returns initiated after 30 days may not be accepted

Important Note About Fragrance Products

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, special conditions apply to returns:

  • Products must be unused and unopened in their original packaging
  • Seals and safety wraps must be intact
  • Original boxes, caps, and all accessories must be included
  • Products showing any signs of use cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons

Eligibility Requirements for Returns

  • Original Packaging: All tags, labels, and inserts included

  • Not on Excluded List: Item not in non-returnable category
  • Proper Condition: No damage, stains, or alterations

Returns We Cannot Accept

We cannot process returns for items that:

  • Have been opened, used, or tested
  • Are missing original packaging or components
  • Were purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Are on our non-returnable items list
  • Were sent back without prior authorization

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Fragrance Oils: Any perfume oil or attar that has been opened, tested, or used
  • Sample Vials: Individual sample vials or tester sizes once received
  • Personal Care Items: Items that have come into contact with skin

Special Order & Custom Products

  • Custom Blends: Specially formulated fragrances created per customer request
  • Personalised Items: Products with custom labels or engravings
  • Special Orders: Items ordered specifically for you not part of regular inventory

Sale & Promotional Items

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" (clearly indicated at time of purchase)
  • Gift Cards: Physical or electronic gift cards cannot be returned or refunded

Damaged Return Items

  • Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging
  • Items received in a condition different from their original state

5.1 How Refunds Work

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Credit Cards: Refund will appear as a credit on your statement
  • PayPal: Refund will be credited to your PayPal account
  • Digital Wallets: Refund processed through the original wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Email Notifications: You will receive updates when we receive your return, when it is inspected and approved/denied, and when your refund is initiated

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different product, we recommend the following simple process:

  1. Return the unwanted item following our standard return process
  2. Receive your refund to your original payment method
  3. Place a new order for the desired product

  • Faster processing — you don't have to wait for the return before ordering
  • Ensures you get the product you want (prevents stock-outs during return processing)
  • More flexibility in choosing products or waiting for sales
  • Clear separation between return and new purchase

  • Original shipping costs will also be refunded

  • Save Your Receipt: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until refund is processed
  • Package Securely: Use adequate padding to prevent damage in transit
  • Insurance: Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
  • Allow Delivery Time: Factor in 5–10 business days for your return to reach us
Lost Return Packages: You are responsible for ensuring the return package reaches us. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. This is why we strongly recommend using tracked, insured shipping.

Partial Returns and Multiple Items

Returning Part of Your Order

You can return some items while keeping others:

  • Clearly specify which items you're returning in your return request email
  • Only those items will be refunded
  • If a partial return affects free shipping eligibility, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund

Free Shipping Threshold Example

Scenario: You ordered $100 worth of products and received free shipping (requires $75+ order). You want to return $40 worth of products.

Result: Your remaining order value is $60, which is below the $75 free shipping threshold. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund because the order no longer qualifies for free shipping.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We Take Full Responsibility: If we sent you a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right immediately at no cost to you.

What Qualifies as Our Error?

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For EU Customers: In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received (unused, unopened, with tags and original packaging)
  • Notification: You must inform us of your decision to return within the 14-day window
  • Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs

Exceptions for EU Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which are personalised or made to order

Restocking Fees

Currently, we do NOT charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our eligibility requirements.

Gift Returns

Returning a Gift

If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it:

  2. Provide any information you have about the order (gift giver's name, approximate date received, etc.)
  3. We will locate the original order in our system
  4. Return must meet standard eligibility requirements (unused, unopened, within 30 days)

Gift Return Refund Options

  • Store Credit: We can issue store credit for the full product value (recommended for gift returns)
  • Original Payment Method: Refund will go to the gift giver's original payment method
  • Alternative: The gift giver can initiate the return and request the refund directly

Refused or Abandoned Orders

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order:

  • The package will be returned to us
  • You will be charged for outbound shipping costs
  • You will be charged for return shipping costs
  • A refund will be issued minus all shipping costs

Abandoned Packages

If a package is not picked up after delivery attempts:

  • Carrier holds for a limited time (typically 5–15 days)
  • If not claimed, package is returned to us
  • Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees
  • If you don't want the package, standard return process and fees apply

Fraudulent or Abusive Returns
