- End Date: Returns must be initiated (not delivered back to us) within 30 days of receipt
- Weekends and Holidays: All calendar days count, including weekends and holidays
- Late Returns: Returns initiated after 30 days may not be accepted
Important Note About Fragrance Products
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, special conditions apply to returns:
- Products must be unused and unopened in their original packaging
- Seals and safety wraps must be intact
- Original boxes, caps, and all accessories must be included
- Products showing any signs of use cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different product, we recommend the following simple process:
- Return the unwanted item following our standard return process
- Receive your refund to your original payment method
- Place a new order for the desired product
